Job Description
As a food production worker, you will be involved in preparing, packing, and inspecting food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to hygiene and quality standards. It’s ideal for people seeking a stable job with long-term prospects.
Responsibilities
- Operating basic machinery and production tools
- Sorting and packaging food items (ready meals, snacks, etc.)
- Labeling products and preparing them for shipment
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
- Following safety and food-handling procedures
Must Have
- Basic English or Polish language skills
- Good personal hygiene and health condition
- No criminal background
- Valid passport and readiness to travel
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
Nice to have
- Prior experience in food production or factory work
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Interest in long-term employment in Poland
