We are hiring hospitality staff for a popular hotel chain in Rome. If you are responsible, friendly, and enjoy working with people — this job is for you.
As a hospitality staff member, you will assist guests with check-in/out, room service, and general hotel operations. This job is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and want stable income in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
- Managing room assignments and guest requests
- Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in guest areas
- Collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards
Must Have
- Basic knowledge of English or Italian
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
- No criminal record
- Passport and willingness to travel
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to stay in Italy long-term
- Experience working abroad
