Job Description
As a construction worker, you’ll be involved in various phases of civil and infrastructure projects — from roadwork to urban construction. If you're physically fit, responsible, and ready to start earning — this job is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in road construction, paving, and utility work
- Carrying and mixing construction materials
- Operating basic tools and machinery (training provided)
- Following blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Complying with safety standards at all times
Must Have
- Physical readiness for outdoor manual work
- Basic knowledge of English or Serbian
- No criminal record
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate
- Readiness to work overtime or weekends if needed
Nice to have
- Previous construction experience
- Familiarity with basic construction tools
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision
- Willingness to stay long-term in Serbia
