Responsibilities

Inserting raw materials (foam, insulation) into the pressing machine
Removing and inspecting finished components
Qualify the customer needs
Ensuring the quality of each piece before moving it to the next stage of production
Trimming and cutting insulation to match specified forms

Must Have

Basic communication skills (English or Czech – not mandatory but an advantage)
Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment
Good physical condition
Ages between 18 and 45
Valid work permit for Czech

Nice to have

Previous Experience in Manufacturing or Factory Work
Basic Technical or Mechanical Skills
Teamwork & Reliability
Knowledge of Czech or English Language
